Mondragon Team Academy
Jose Mari Luzárraga contributes to the emergence of a generation of young entrepreneurs through a new model of education based on teamwork and learning through the “learning by doing” methodology.
In collaboration with the University of Mondragón, he has designed a training course that focuses on training young people. The result is the LEINN bachelor’s degree, in which young people learn how to create a collective enterprise from the first day of class.
