The project that proposes a new food reality

CómoComo is an initiative set up by Nur Al Ali and Lydia Serrano, two dietitians and nutritionists who work in schools with children from 3 to 12 years old. The purpose is to transform eating habits to improve children’s diets. The CómoComo team hold workshops for children in which they take part in preparing healthy and fun recipes with 100% natural products. These workshops teach them the effects of a responsible diet on people and on the planet. During the process, the children learn to eat healthily and also to become agents of change, by conveying what they have learned to their families.Els tallers ensenyen la necessitat i beneficis de tenir una dieta responsable tant amb un mateix, com en l’impacte sobre el planeta. En aquest procés, els nens aprenen a menjar bé, però també es converteixen en agents de canvi, ja que transmetran aquesta educació a les seves famílies.
