Mambré Foundation

SUPPORT FOR HOMELESS PEOPLE TO FIND A HOME AND ENTER THE LABOR MARKET.

The Mambré Foundation was established in 2007 and provides support to homeless people in their search for decent housing and in social inclusion and access to the labor market, in collaboration with member organizations: Arrels Foundation, Assís Reception Center, Company of the Daughters of Charity and the Brothers Hospitallers of Saint John of God.

It is an innovative project, bringing together for the first time non-profit organizations that work with homeless people to form a network of residential care.

OBJECTIVES

The Foundation has two main objectives: to meet the residential needs of people in a situation of social exclusion through its own housing stock and to promote the access to the labor market of these people through a training and career guidance service.

COMMITMENT

The Foundation brings together the professional experience of the four founding organizations, ensuring comprehensive social reintegration for every homeless person and restoring their dignity. Mambré believes that entry into the labor market and job stability are essential conditions for achieving personal and social autonomy.
